AILC short courses are designed to develop practical and empowering skills to assist in the fostering of Indigenous Leadership in Australia. These short courses are designed to integrate the needs of Indigenous Australians with those of business, government and cultural organisations as well as with the wider community.

These courses have been specifically developed to assist with areas that impact greatly on Indigenous leaders, such as:

Although the majority of our courses are for Indigenous Australians, some workshops are open to non Indigenous Australians to attend.
